Our Service Divisions

Hudson Valley Emergency Outfitters, has multiple Service divisions for servicing of different types of vehicles.   Below are our different divisions and brief descriptions of each one.

FLEET SERVICES DIVISION:

Our Fleet Services Division Is Overseen by our Service Manager.  Fleet Services handles any contract involving a Fleet Vehicle, be it  Police, Governmental, Fire or EMS.  Fleet Services Handles all contracts involving EMERGENCY VEHICLES.  The Purpose of the Fleet Services Division is to provide our Emergency Services Customers with a trained group of personnel that will handle ONLY Fleet Contracts, thus ensuring that there is always a technician available to handle any problem or service need that may arise that requires our immediate attention.  This is Vital both on our end and the Fleet Customers end to keep their vehicles up and running 24/7.  Our Fleet Services Division ensures that the Customers Vehicle is serviced Quickly and with as little down time as possible.  Our Technicians in the Fleet Services Division are On Call 24 hours a day 7 days a week to ensure that a technician is always available for our fleet services customers in the event of a vehicular emergency requiring immediate attention that cannot wait till normal business hours.

COMMERCIAL SERVICES DIVISION:

Our Commercial Services Division is also overseen by our Service Manager.  Commercial Services handles any contract involving a Commercial Vehicle, such as Construction Vehicles, Tow Trucks, Service Trucks, anything with commercial Designation by DMV is handled within our Commercial Services Division.  The Purpose of the Commercial Services Division is to Provide our Commercial Customers with Technicians that are trained and experienced in servicing and diagnosing Commercial Vehicles.  The needs of commercial vehicles differ greatly from those of emergency vehicles both in the class and the type of lights and equipment needed Per DOT Regulations.  Thus the need for a seperate division of personnel that are trained to handle and meet the needs of Commercial Customers is required.

POV SERVICES DIVISION:

Our POV (Privately Owned Vehicle) Services Division is our division that handles Customers who for either Commercial Reasons (Construction workers, Etc.) or Emergency Response Reasons (Volunteer Firemen, Volunteer EMS, Off-duty Police, Etc.) Require lights, radios or other equipment to be installed into their POV.  The Technicians of our POV Services Division work closely with the customer to ensure many things, such as:

1) Ensure a complete understanding of the type and quantity of equipment needed,

2) Ensure that they offer the customer the most efficient and cost effective equipment available on the market,

3) Ensure that every aspect of what the customer needs is addressed and covered, and

4) Ensure that the job is completed properly, on-time, and to the customers complete and total satisfaction.

Our POV Services Division is where most of our Technicians start out when they are employed with us.  This enables us to both train and observe the new technician in a slower-paced and less-stressful environment, that is conducive to learning how to properly install all of our products.  This serves many purposes.   First, it allows us to ensure that the technician has a full understanding of how we do things at Hudson Valley Emergency Outfitters, allowing them to unlearn any bad habbits they may have from previous employment elsewhere.  Second it allows us to observe the technician and note their strong points and weaknesses to help them improve.  Third it gives the Technician the time and 1 to 1 attention needed to fully grasp and understand each products proper installation procedures and see the full potential of each product.  Although some of our technicians in the POV services division choose to stay there (such as our Trainers), most get transferred to either our Commercial or Fleet Services Division once we feel they fully understand how everything works and are ready and able to transfer over to them.  The POV Services Division is overseen by the Company Service Manager.

DEMO SERVICES DIVISION: 

Our Demo Services Division Handles The Company Demo Vehicles and is Overseen by Both The Service Manager, and The Company's Owner A.J. Ibarra.  The Technicians of our Demo Services Division Work on the Companys many demo vehicles to ensure that they are outfitted with the most up-to date equipment available to the market today.   In addition, they also ensure that the demo vehicles are in proper working order both electronically and mechanically, this ensures proper performance at any demo we go to.  The Technicians of the Demo Services Division do not deal with customers cars, they focus solely on the company demo vehicles ensureing that their full attention is focused on servicing our main source of demonstration to customers.

PREP DIVISION:

Our Prep Division Is a Specialty division that plays a vital role to our company.  The Prep Division handles the final preparations to all the vehicles our technicians work on before it is returned to the customer, this includes but is not limited to the floolwing tasks:

- Gassing of the vehicles, - Washing of the vehicles, - interior and exterior detailing of the vehicles, - Vaccuming of the vehicles, and many other services that our company provides our customers.

The Prep Division ensures that EVERY Vehicle we work on is returned to the customer in better condition than when it arrived to us.  Our Customers always apppreciate this.
